The Industrial Disease team is led by partner Linda Fletcher. It is one of the most experienced industrial disease teams in the country and is nationally recognised for its handling of complex and substantial cases. The team has tripled in size over the last 12 months.

Our team has represented the interests of victims of industrial disease for 20 years.

The team has expertise in dealing with dermatitis, occupational asthma, vibration white finger, and industrial deafness, and have specialist knowledge of asbestos related diseases. Cases receive the same level of personal and professional attention whether the disease is of maximum severity or less so.

Great emphasis is placed in all cases on efficient, effective, yet friendly quality advice and representation. We are in close contact with many agencies and charities and our advice and service levels are enhanced by those contacts.
