Malignant mesothelioma claim - gas works
Mr P was 86 when he died as a result of malignant mesothelioma in September 2005. He was exposed to asbestos many years before when he was working at the Bromley By Bow gas works in London between 1945 and 1946, mixing up large containers of asbestos and applying it where needed.
Boyes Turner mesothelioma lawyers are pursuing a compensation claim for Mr P’s widow, and also to obtain a reimbursement for his daughter who provided the care and assistance during her father’s last months of life, when he was suffering greatly.
It is anticipated that the industrial disease claim will conclude within the next six months.
