New group of Mesothelioma victims compensated
Parliament has put in place legislation to make payments to mesothelioma sufferers who were not previously eligible for payment under the Pneumoconiosis Act 1979. Now victims who were not exposed to asbestos through work are also entitled to Government payments. The Government has promised that the first payments will be made this year.
We can assist in making a mesothelioma claim on your behalf at no charge to you and ensure you are one of the first to receive payment. The legislation is under the new Child Maintenance Bill.
