Witness appeals

Our asbestos claims team specialises in acting for people diagnosed with asbestos related diseases including mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestosis and diffuse pleural thickening. We also often act for clients who have lost a loved one from an asbestos related disease or have suffered with an asbestos disease during their lifetime.

Sometimes sufferers cannot recall sufficient detail about their asbestos exposure. Equally if we are acting for a family of someone who has died from an asbestos disease, the family may not have sufficient information about that person’s employment history, job role and their asbestos exposure.

We therefore need assistance from the public to be able to help our clients and we place witness appeals in newspapers and elsewhere to attempt to trace former colleagues of those who have developed or who have died from an asbestos related disease. We hope to find colleagues who may be able to tell us more about the working environment and potential asbestos exposure at companies where our client worked.

This section of our website contains information about the witness appeals that we have placed.

If you worked with any of the people listed in the appeals, or at any of the companies referred to, then please contact the solicitor named in the appeal or call 0118 952 7199.

Your assistance would be very much appreciated.
